DELIVERY

The purchase will be sent within five working days. You have the choice of free delivery paid by HJELM and a faster more safe one, Registered Delivery - please see the cost below . Any customs and duties imposed by the destination country are paid for by the customer

Note, THE FREE DELIVERY will be send as normal post and will NOT have any tracking number or insurance.

The above Delivery Time is a guideline only. HJELM cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances, which is out of my hand

RETURNS

HJELM want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14 days return policy. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of the date of purchase for a refund.

To initiate a return, please contact HJELM on tina@tinahjelm.dk, and provide your order number and reason for the return. We recommend using a tracking service as HJELM cannot take responsibility for lost or undelivered returns. Please note the items must be returned in it’s original condition and packaging. HJELM reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. THE COST OF THE RETURN SHIPPING IS HELD BY THE CUSTOMER

it is not possible to return:

1. Jewellery and artwork especially commissioned by customer

2. unique jewellery repair carried out according to agreement

Once we have received and approved the returned item(s), we will process the refund to your account. The original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a production fault or error on our part.

WARRANTY

According to Danish law you have 24 months of warranty on items bought.

This means that HJELM will fix, exchange or return your money does the jewellery purchased break due to a production fault. Please do inform of the fault right after discovering, and very importantly, include the receipt or certificate of your purchase when returning the item.
